Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional period August 15 to October 31, 2024.
2. Claims must be submitted by November 15, 2024.
3. Products eligible for this promotion include BR650MI, BR900MI, BR1200SI, BR1300MI, BR1500GI, BR24BPG, BR1600SI, BR1600MI, BGM2200B-AZ, BGM2200-AZ.
4. Offers are available to all approved APC partners.
5. Each eligible purchase requires a separate claim for access to the Voucher.
6. Each customer may submit a maximum of three (3) claims.
   1. Each purchase of an eligible product will provide the claimant with one (1) entry, up to a maximum of 3 units.
   2. Claimants who purchase BGM2200B-AZ or BGM2200-AZ will receive two (2) entries per unit, up to a maximum of 3 units.
7. Giveaway date scheduled for Nov 22, 2024.
8. Giveaway prizes include:
   Grand Prize - One (1) winner - 'Workstation make-over' including an Omnidesk setup valued at $2,000.
   Runners Up - Two (2) winners - $500 eMasterCard Voucher.
9. Prizes will be awarded to the individual named in the entry. Any entries submitted on behalf of another person or by a third party will be considered invalid. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right to make the final determination.
10. The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants, which will be stored in the Promoter’s database. This information may be used for future marketing purposes related to the Promoter’s products, including electronic communications with the entrant. Personal information is collected to facilitate participation in this Promotion, and the Promoter may share this information with third parties, including contractors, agents, prize suppliers, and service providers, to assist in administering the Promotion.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and the accuracy of entrant details (including identity, age, and residence). If a winner cannot provide satisfactory proof as required, they will forfeit the prize, and no alternative will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid by the Promoter. Entries containing offensive or defamatory content, or those that breach any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are ineligible to win. The use of automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means of repeated entry is prohibited and may invalidate all entries from that individual.
12. This promotion is exclusive only to online purchases during the Promotion Period by Australian & New Zealand Residents only. Purchases from other countries are ineligible.
13. The Tax Invoice must list either the Australian Business Number (ABN) or New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) of the seller and GST Amount. Claims will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in anyway. Incomplete or unclear applications will not be accepted.
14. APC reserves the right to change these rules without notice.
15. Digital Vouchers may not be substituted, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods and services.
16. Digital Vouchers will be issued to the recipients approximately 45 working days after receiving the eligible claim.
